1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your bookshelf must:

Be within the 30-day return period.

Remain in its original condition – unused, unassembled, undamaged, and free from scratches or stains.

Include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging.

Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items without original packaging.
-
Clearance or final-sale items.
2. Return Procedure
A. Returns Due to Lyliapew’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)
We consider it our responsibility if you receive a bookshelf that is:

Defective (manufacturing flaw, missing parts, structural issues).

Damaged during shipping (broken panels, scratches, cracks).

Incorrect (wrong size, color, or model).
Cost: Free ($0). Lyliapew will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Solution: You may choose:

A replacement bookshelf (if available), or
-
A full refund, including the original shipping fee.
B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Doesn’t Fit, No Longer Needed)
If the bookshelf is in perfect condition but you no longer want it:

Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Solution: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Request a Return

For defective/damaged bookshelves: attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our Customer Support team will reply within 1–2 business days.

If it’s Lyliapew’s fault, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: Pack & Return the Bookshelf

Repack the bookshelf securely in original packaging.

Include all parts, manuals, and proof of purchase.

5. Money Back Guarantee

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the condition of the returned bookshelf.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit is available upon request.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6. Restocking Fee
Lyliapew does not charge restocking fees for returned bookshelves.
7. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Transit Time: 5–6 business days (depending on carrier and destination).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same day.
